Departmental, municipal, and district authorities will have the power to make the necessary adjustments to their development plans to adapt them to the Investment Plan for Peace during the six months following its adoption. At the beginning of each legislature, the President of the Republic, the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, and the Office of the People’s Defender will present to Congress a detailed report on the execution of the resources and fulfillment of the Peace component’s goals within the Pluriannual Investment Plan.
