Derecho jurisdiccional disciplinario, desde un enfoque ético, deontológico y preventivo 96 En el futuro próximo, espero que los foros académicos nos puedan aportar las he- rramientas necesarias para seguir construyendo la doctrina de la Corte sobre la mora judicial y, sobre todo, para sortear las dificultades que he dejado en evidencia y que, creo, ocuparan la agenda de la Corte en los años siguientes, las cuales seguro contri- buirán a lograr una justicia eficiente, como la que soñó Fernando Uribe Restrepo 21 .
